스타트업 CEO의 경력성공 경험에 대한 질적 연구: 대학생의 진로선택을 위한 역할모델 탐색

This study examined the choice and experience of start-up CEOs who have achieved new career success at the front of innovation to help college students’ self-directed career design. Role models may be the messengers of meaningful content in ideal aspects, but they are limited in that the areas in which they work are far from the real world that college students actually want to enter. Therefore, this study aimed to provide some significant implications for the career path that could be presented more specifically to college students. The data analyzed in this study were the contents of interview data that the researcher met some start-up CEOs in person, collected and conducted with them together with some college students. The data analysis using CQR showed that there are 28 subcategories in 8 categories across three domains. The three domains derived from the analysis are the beginning of the challenge, the conditions for growth, and the conditions for sustainable success. In the first domain of the data, the beginning of the challenge, six subcategories in two categories were analyzed. In the second domain, the conditions of growth, twelve subcategories in three categories were presented. In the third domain, the conditions of sustainable success, eleven subcategories in three categories were derived.
