농촌지역의 유휴부동산 현황 파악을 위한 마이크로공간데이터 조사방법론

This study derives implications by applying the usefulness of micro-spatial data, which can be utilized to solve the problems facing rural areas based on data, to specific case areas. Micro-spatial data is a kind of big data containing location information, and it is applicable at various geographic scales. Data on idle real estate, which is increasing interest due to the recent unoccupied home problem, was constructed through a review of available administrative data in the case study area and field surveys. The distribution, density, and age of construction were analyzed for each type of idle real estate. In the case area, the number and area of old and deteriorated houses are much larger than those of other idle real estates. Many surveyed old houses show the seriousness of the rural housing problem. In preparation for the era of national population decline, the need for micro-spatial data such as the data on idle real estate constructed as a pilot in this study is expected to increase in order to support sustainable rural development plans and regional improvement plans based on data. In addition, if the data on idle real estate is established nationwide, it will be useful for securing buildings or sites for the construction of various convenience facilities and welfare facilities in rural areas that are increasing recently.
