지역사회 네트워크의 협력이 사회적기업의 창업 성공에 미치는 영향: 한신대 캠퍼스타운 창업팀 ‘낙과유수’ 사례연구

This study analyzed the impact of community networks, one of the success factors of social enterprise start-ups, which are considered as one of the ways to create jobs to solve generational and employment problems for young people and the elderly, have actually shown very low survival rates. This study looked at the various support systems and success factors of start-up, and focused on the impact of community networks that have not been well-considered previously, to find ways for start-up social enterprises to successfully settle in the community. Gangbuk-gu is an area where local civil society, intermediate support organizations, and a college have cooperated in various areas of social innovation, including social economy, urban regeneration, housing welfare, and youth employment. Nurtured by Hanshin University Campus Town Project, “Nakgwa Yusu” is an example of a community network sharing its role in supporting startups through a phased process. It would be considered as a model to build a social enterprise start-up support system in the future, showing that a college have created a governance system that can coordinate and collaborate with civil society and intermediate support organizations.
