키워드 네트워크 분석(keyword network analysis)을 통한 국내 코칭 연구 동향 분석
Exploration of Coaching Research Trends through Keyword Network Analysis

본 연구는 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문 분석을 통해 조직 내 코칭 관련 연구의 동향을 파악하고 향후 발전적인 연구 방향과 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 조직 내 코칭 관련 연구가 게재된 총 208편의 논문을 바탕으로 핵심어간의 구조와 관계를 탐색하는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 데이터 클렌징 작업을 거쳐 300종, 840개의 핵심어를 추출하여 분석하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 조직 내 코칭 관련 연구는 84개의 학술지에 게재되었으며 2008년부터 본격적으로 연구가 실시되었다. 연구대상 논문에서 가장 빈도수가 높은 핵심어는 코칭리더십, 코칭프로그램, 자기효능감, 조직몰입, 직무만족 순으로 나타났다. 전체 네트워크 분석 결과, 총 7개의 컴포넌트로 구성되어 있었다. 중심성 분석 결과 코칭프로그램, 코칭리더십, 자기효능감, 조직몰입, 코칭효과가 중심성이 높은 것으로 확인되었으며, 추가적으로 연결중심성과 매개중심성 상위에 해당하는 코칭프로그램, 코칭리더십, 자기효능감에 대하여 에고(ego) 네트워크 분석을 실시하였고 네트워크의 구조와 중심성에 대한 특징을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 위의 연구결과를 바탕으로 조직 내 코칭 관련 연구동향을 제시하고 향후 학문적 연구 방향과 현장 코칭 활용에 대한 실천 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore research trends about coaching variables by investigating empirical articles published in Korea. For this study, a keyword network analysis is conducted to explain the relationships of the keyword in a total of 208 articles. First, the data cleansing process was conducted and extracted 300 different kinds of 840 keyword. The main keyword are identified as coaching leadership, coaching program, self-efficacy, organizational commitment and job satisfaction in order. The whole network consist of 7 components. Both degree and betweenness centrality of coaching program, coaching leadership, self-efficacy, organizational commitment, coaching effect are the highest. The characteristics of each ego network about coaching program, coaching leadership, self-efficacy are presented by conducting the additional keyword network analysis. This research could explain research trends of coaching and suggest the practical development of further research in field of HRD.
