국민 참여형 co-creation 기반 민원서식 디자인 프로세스 개선 전략 - 디자인씽킹 방법론 활용 -

As the problem of the inconvenience of public institutions' civil application forms was steadily raised, the improvement of civil application form design was promoted centering on the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. However, there was a limit that could not be improved from the perspective of the public, the consumer of civil petition forms, as it was conducted by experts such as administrative scholars, linguists, and designers. This study is an example of the improvement of civil application form design by the National Health Insurance Corporation.It is assumed that the satisfaction level is high when the people who are the consumers of the form actively participate in the form improvement process and improve the civil form design from the people's point of view. A co-creation workshop was held so that they (Kookmin Design Team) ㄴcould directly participate and collaborate. 48 types of improved civil application forms designs were evaluated above satisfaction through the first and second evaluations. This confirms the effectiveness of the strategy for improving the civil application form design process based on the public participation-type co-creation workshop, and it is expected that the active participation of consumers when improving the civil application form design issued by public institutions will not only increase the satisfaction of the form, but also contribute to the enhancement of the convenience of use of the form.
