상공인 대상으로 한 창업 연구 동향: 국내 학술지 중심으로
Trends in Business Start-up Research for Small Business Owners: Focusing on Domestic Academic Journals

초록
본 연구목적은 국내 소상공인 대상으로 논문 편수, 연구 동향, 변인의 변화 등 창업 연구 방향성을 알아보며, 아울러 분석 결과를 통해 향후 보완해야 할 연구 영역에 대해 제안하고자 위함이다. 이를 위해 2005년부터 2021년까지 DBpia에 등록된 132건의 논문 중 소상공인 창업과 관련된 78개의 논문으로 분석을 하였다. 주요 결과로는 2009년 창업 연구 후기에 활발히 소상공인 창업 연구가 진행된 걸 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 변인 연구에서는 창업자의 특성, 환경 특성, 기업가정신이 가장 많이 사용된 독립 변수로 나타났으며, 매개변수･조절 변수로는 자기효능감과 교육 만족도와 종속변수로 가장 많이 사용한 변인은 경영성과와 창업 의지로 나타났다. 이상의 연구를 바탕으로 향후 소상공인 대상으로 한 창업 연구에서는 창업 교육 부분, 창업대상자 등 부문별 세부적인 연구가 필요하며, 본 연구의 자료를 통해 소상공인 연구에 다양한 방안들을 마련하는데 본 연구내용이 자료로 활용되었으면 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the direction of startup research, such as the number of papers, research trends, and changes in variables, for the domestic small business owners, and to suggest research areas that need to be supplemented in the future through the analysis results. To achieve the research aim, 78 numbers of papers related to the start-up of small business owners were analyzed among 132 numbers of papers were registered in the DBpia from 2005 to 2021. As a major result, it was confirmed that small business start-up research was actively conducted in the late 2009 start-up research. In addition, in the variable study, characteristics of founders, environmental characteristics, entrepreneurial spirit were appeared as the most frequently used independent variables, and the most used variables as parameters and control variables were self-efficiency and educational satisfaction and dependent variables were management performance appeared with the entrepreneurial intention. Based on the above research, detailed research on start-ups for small businesses is needed in the future, including start-up education and start-ups, and I hope that this research will be used as data to prepare various measures for the study of small business owner.
