벤처기업의 R&D전략, 기술적성과, 재무적성과 간의 구조적 관계분석

In this study, it was revealed that the R&D strategy and financial performance were mutually causal as a representative factor of the technological innovation capability of venture companies, and that the financial performance improved when technological performance was introduced as a means to strengthen the R&D strategy. As a method of research, 215 working-level officials engaged in R&D operations of venture companies based in Korea were conducted with empirical analysis was conducted. Regression analysis was utilized to investigate structural causal effects between R&D strategy and technical performance and financial performance. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, the venture company's R&D strategy had a positive impact on technical and financial performance. Second, it has been shown that R&D strategies not only directly affect financial performance, but also significantly affect financial performance and formation through the medium of technical performance. That is, technical performance is the leading factor affecting financial performance as a number of key factors affecting financial performance. The findings demonstrate that technological performance is an important medium for improving understanding of R&D strategies and technical performance as well as ensuring a firm's financial performance and continuous competitive advantage.
