신발 디자인 혁신을 위한 DIP 공정 융합의 필요성 연구 : 솔 디자인 중심으로

The size of the footwear market is growing despite the current economic downturn due to COVID-19 around the world. However, in the domestic shoe market, especially in the shoe manufacturing industry, there is a shortage of manpower uniquely as a 3D industry. Due to limitations in the manufacturing process and manufacturing cost, there are many restrictions on shoe design, especially sole design, so it is a time for innovation in manufacturing process and design. Therefore, this study proposes process automation as a way to solve the aging facilities and manpower shortage among various problems of the domestic shoe industry, and also introduces DIP process, which is a method of process automation, and the innovation of sole design due to the introduction of the DIP process. As part of the proposal, As a research method for this purpose, literature and case studies centered on prior research, field verification of practical necessity, and expert interviews were conducted. Five experts were interviewed to understand the current situation, practical necessity, and problems. The results of the survey concluded that innovation in the shoe design process and automation of the manufacturing process are necessary, and the results of this study are a synthesis of the opinions of practitioners and managers who need replacement of outdated facilities and equipment, and innovation of the shoe design process.
