기술창업기업의 사내기업가정신이 혁신적 조직문화와 운영체계를 매개로 경영성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to empirically verify and present an integrated performance model by analyzing the roles of companies’ innovative organizational culture and corporate management systems in the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and management performance of technology-based startups. For the study, the data of the “2018 Entrepreneurship Survey” collected by the Ministry of SMEs were used. Among the 3,229 sampled companies, technology-based companies whose firm ages were no more than 7 years were extracted. As a result, an analysis was conducted for a total of 361 technology startup companies. For statistical analysis, SmartPLS (v.3.3.3), i.e. PLS-structural equation analysis tool, was used. Reliability and validity were checked through the assessment of the measurement model, and the model fit was confirmed through the structural model assessment, and then the hypotheses were tested by using bootstrapping. As a result, it was confirmed that the corporate entrepreneurship of technology-based startups had a positive effect on management performance, and the innovative organizational culture and corporate management system also had a positive effect on management performance. In addition, innovative organizational culture and corporate management system played a mediating role between the corporate entrepreneurship and management performance. This study is meaningful in that it presented a model for management performance and theoretically validated this model since there are a negligible number of studies dealing with corporate entrepreneurship of Korean technology-based startups.
