주체와 제도의 상호작용과 노동조합 조직의 동학: 궤도업종 복수노조의 형성과 전개를 중심으로

This article has analysed the nature of the formation and development process of multiple unions in the railway industry since the approval of multiple unions in 2011. The process of formation and development of multiple unions in the railway industry is not only a dividing process of the existing union organizations through the establishment of a new union, but also a process of re-integration through the merger of divided unions. The formation and development of multiple unions is also a process of reforming resources and power through division or solidarity of unions. In this study, the factors of division and reintegration were classified into internal and external factors, and the process of the organization changes are analyzed. Based on the research on the process of division and re-integration since 2011, the article analyzes the dynamics of the organizational structure of the trade union after the formation of multiple unions. As a result, This article finds that the internal and external factors interact with each other in forming the organizational structure of the trade union. In public sector industrial relations where the state is a real employer, the legal, institutional and political factors are also endogenous variables rather than exogenous ones, and internal and external factors interact closely.
