Z세대가 지각하는 창업교육서비스품질이 서비스가치, 학생만족, 구전수용 및 구전확산에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증분석

Z세대를 대표하는 대학생을 대상으로 하는 창업교육은 2010년대 들어서부터 본격 시작되었지만, 양적 성과에 비해 질적 효과는 크게 개선되지 못한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 대학생 창업교육의 질적 개선과 확산을 모색하는데 필요한 기초연구로서 창업교육서비스품질이 서비스가치와 학생만족을 매개로 구전수용과 구전확산에 미치는 영향 관계에 관한 실증분석을 시도하였다. 4년제 대학의 창업교육 수강자 214명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 분석결과, 창업교육서비스품질이 서비스가치에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 서비스가치는 학생만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학생만족은 구전수용과 구전확산에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 구전수용과 구전확산에 미치는 영향 정도는 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 모바일에 친숙한 Z세대들은 창업교육서비스품질에 대한 추천과 권유로 구전을 수용하기도 하지만 구전을 확산하는 태도와 행동이 더욱 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 모바일 기반의 구전확산적 특성을 띠는 Z세대의 특성을 고려하여 창업교육서비스품질을 향상시킨다면 대학내 창업교육의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.
Abstract
The paper attempts an empirical analysis on the relationship between entrepreneurship educational service quality and the acceptance and spread through word of mouth of opinions on service value and student satisfaction. Data were collected from a survey of 214 respondents who had taken entrepreneurship education. The results from the analysis are that entrepreneurship educational service quality has an influence on service value and service value has the most influence on student satisfaction. Student satisfaction affects the acceptance of word of mouth and spread of word of mouth opinions simultaneously, and has a greater effect on spread through word of mouth. Generation Z, who are mobile-friendly, accept recommendations and advice on entrepreneurship educational service quality; however, this can be seen more as an act of spreading the word of mouth opinions. The results of the study suggest that improving entrepreneurship educational service quality by considering the characteristics of generation Z with the mobile-based spread of word of mouth opinions can contribute to the revitalization of entrepreneurial education in universities.
