전시예술 전공 대학생의 창업의지 영향요인에 관한 실증연구: 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록
본 고는 전시예술 전공 학생의 개인적 특성, 창업지원프로그램이 창업의지에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 이러한 관계에서 사회적 지지가 조절역할을 하는지에 대한 실증연구를 하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과를 요약하자면, 첫 번째, 개인적 특성의 위험감수성, 혁신성은 창업의지에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 개인적 특성의 위험감수성, 혁신성이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 사회적 지지는 조절변수로서 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로 본 고는 위와 같은 연구결과의 내용으로 크게 이론적 시사점과 정책적 시사점을 보았다 첫 번째, 이론적 시사점으로는 전시예술 전공 학생의 창업의지에 영향력을 미치는 변수들에 대한 이론적 규명을 이론적 시사점으로 보았다. 두 번째, 정책적 시사점으로는 전시예술 전공 대학생들의 창업의지를 강화시키고 전시예술 창업문화를 활성화시키기 위해서는 전시예술 전공 대학생의 혁신성과 위험감수성을 높일 수 있는 외부적 지원의 강화가 필요하며, 이러한 개인적 특성을 강화할 수 있는 창업지원정책 중 창업 교육 지원을 중심적으로 강화해야함을 정책적 시사점으로 보았다.
Abstract
Subject research is to study how personal traits, start-up supporting program influence willing of start-up, analyze if social supports can regulate it. To summarize the result of the experiment, first of all, factors with meaningful effect on start-up willing were innovativeness, risk sensitivity in personal trait those were having affirmative effectiveness. Secondly, as mediate variable in social support, it was innovativeness and risk sensitivity that was effective those were positively affective to start-up willings. Conclusion of the subject research has two major implications in either theoretical and political terms, based on above results of study. Firstly, theoretical clarification about variables affecting exhibition art major students’ willing for the startup was considered as theoretical implication. Secondly, political implication is that it is necessary to improve external support for innovativeness and risk sensitivity, to enhance art major students’ startup willingness and vitalize culture for visual art startup, and to build up startup support policies, with priority given to supportings for startup education.
