중국 크로스보더 전자상거래 기업의 해외창고 활용방안에 관한 연구

In recent years, with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, cross-border logistics problems have become increasingly prominent. The development of traditional cross-border logistics has stagnated and cannot keep up with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce. Overseas warehouses have broken through the traditional logistics model's restrictions on weight, volume, declared value and other factors, providing new ideas for local logistics and distribution. Cross-border companies do not have sufficient understanding of the different modes of overseas warehousing. How to solve the problems faced by overseas warehouse construction has become an important issue. Therefore, this study focuses on the three development models of overseas warehouses, and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of overseas warehouse development under the three models. In response to the problems faced by the development of overseas warehouses, This study suggests a plan to apply overseas warehousing to One-belt, One road national project and Intelligence of overseas warehouses using big data.
