대학생의 개인적 특성과 창업인식이 창업의지에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학생들의 개인적 특성과 창업인식이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시행되었다. 대상자는 111명이었다. 자료는 2020년 7월 24일부터 8월 7일까지 수집되었다. 자가보고 설문지로 일반적 특성, 개인적 특성, 창업인식, 창업의지의 자료가 수집되었다. 자료는 independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 대상자의 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 개인적 특성의 위험감수성(β=.43, p<.001)이었으며, 다음으로 창업교과목 수강(β=.25, p=.002), 학년(β=.22, p=.006), 창업동아리 참여(β=.18, p=.021)이었다. 창업의지 영향요인의 설명력은 37.0%이었다. 연구결과를 토대로 창업교육을 시행하는데 있어 학년별로 차별화된 교육을 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 또한, 창업의지를 높이기 위한 위험감수성 향상 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 탐색하는 후속 연구가 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of personal characteristics and entrepreneurial recognition on entrepreneurial intension in university students. The participants were 111 students. Data were collected from July 24 to August 7, 2020. Self-report questionnaires were administered to collect data regarding general characteristics, personal characteristics, entrepreneurial recognition, and entrepreneurial intension. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Factors influencing the degree of entrepreneurial intension of the university students were risk-taking of personal characteristics (β=.43, p<.001), and taking courses related to entrepreneurship (β=.25, p=.002), grade (β=.22, p=.006), participating in start-up club (β=.18, p=.021). It was found that 37.0% of the variance could explain entrepreneurial intension. As a result, it is necessary to provide differentiated education for each grade in implementing startup education. In addition, it is necessary to develop and apply a risk-taking improvement program to increase the entrepreneurial intension, and research to confirm the effect.
