비대면 창업 융합 교육에서 혁신적 교수법(실시간 원격 수업, PBL, MOOC, 플립러닝) 만족도가 셀프리더십과 기업가정신에 미치는 영향

비대면 교육의 활성화가 요구되는 상황에서 대학에서는 보다 효과적이고 혁신적인 교육 방법과 교수법을통해 학생들의 지식 함양뿐만 아니라 문제해결력을 높이기 위한 교육 제공의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에본 연구에서는 온라인으로 진행된 창업 융합 교육의 혁신적 교수법 만족도가 셀프리더십과 기업가정신에미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 온라인 창업 융합 교육의 필요성과 영향력을 검증해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해2019년 11월 K 대학의 공유 대학 내 창업 트랙에 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 128부의 설문을 확보하여 SPSS 프로그램을 통해 실증분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 비대면 창업 융합 교육에서 혁신적 교수법 만족도는 셀프리더십에 유의미한 영향력을 미치지는 못했지만 기업가정신 요인 중 혁신성과 진취성에는 긍정적인 영향을미치는 것으로 검증되었고, 셀프리더십 역시 혁신성과 진취성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 볼 때 비대면 창업 융합 교육에서 혁신적 교수법이 기업가정신에 미치는 긍정적인영향력을 확인할 수 있었고, 셀프리더십 역시 기업가정신 개발에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점에서비대면 상황에서도 보다 혁신적인 교수법을 도입하여 기업가정신의 개발을 추구해야 함을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 혁신적 교수법 만족도 및 셀프리더십이 위험감수성에 유의미한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타난결과에 대해 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하는 것에는 한계가 있으며 특정 집단을 대상으로 한 연구라는표본의 한계가 있기에 향후에는 보다 다양한 표본을 대상으로 추가적인 연구의 필요성이 제기된다.
Abstract
With the need for the revitalization of non face-to-face education, universities are raising the need to provide education to enhance students' knowledge and problem-solving skills through more effective and innovative teaching methods. Thus, this study aims to verify the necessity and influence of online startup education by analyzing the impact of online innovative teaching satisfaction on self-fidelity and entrepreneurship. To this end, 128 surveys were secured for students who participated in the start-up track at K University's shared university in November 2019 and an empirical analysis was conducted through the SPSS program. As a result, innovative teaching satisfaction in non-face-to-face start-up convergence education did not have a significant impact on self-leadership, but it has been proven to have a positive effect on innovation and proactiveness among entrepreneurship factors, and it has also been analyzed that self-leadership has a significant impact on innovation and proactiveness These findings confirm that innovative teaching methods in non-face-to-face start-up convergence education have a positive effect on entrepreneurship, and that self-leadership also has a positive effect on entrepreneurship development, so that more innovative teaching methods should be introduced in non face-to-face situations. However, there are limitations in presenting theoretical and practical implications for results that show that innovative teaching satisfaction and self-leadership do not significantly affect risk-taking, and there is a need for further research on more diverse samples in the future.
