신한옥형 사회복지시설 유형모델 개발을 위한 관련 법 적용 분석

Purpose: In previous studies, the combination of social welfare facilities and New Han-ok Style public buildings was suggested, but it was limited to suggesting the patterns of each morphological and physical combination. For the practical application or dissemination of the New Han-ok Style social welfare facility, it is necessary to conduct additional research on institutional factors such as related laws and building standards, as well as the legal scope and limitations applied to each, in addition to the planning aspect. Method: A study was conducted on the applicable laws for each classification of social welfare facilities, facility standards, and related laws of Hanok. By synthesizing these, the legal application issues that should be considered when combining, and the system that can be supported were analyzed. Result: As a result of the study, it was found that the New Han-ok Style public buildings were included in the category of Hanok architectural style, and the amount of support and conditions were unfavorable compared to Hanok. According to the classification criteria of social welfare facilities, the related Hanok regulations were different, so it was required to comprehensively consider each classification criteria when combining with the New Hanok Style.
