This study analyzed the growth and prospects of information and communication infrastructure showing high growth rates among Indonesia's poor infrastructure, which is a low-income country despite its high economic scale. As the information and communication infrastructure grows, the online market in Indonesia is expanding. The reason why the information and communication infrastructure is showing high GDP is due to the rapidly increasing use of the Internet and online shopping due to the spread of smartphones. Indonesian consumers have diversified beyond the middle class to find smartphones for a new style change, and the spread of smartphones has greatly changed Indonesia's consumption style. As a result, the market for buying and selling goods using smartphones, or e-commerce, began to develop. As the e-commerce market develops, the Indonesian government emphasized the importance of e-money, which shows payment barcode or QR code in cashers without a separate bank account and completes payment on-site. The Indonesian government's electronic payment method is Go-Pay, which is mainly used in Indonesia. If the payment method is changed to the tendency of Indonesian people who are more comfortable using the Internet and ready to accept the change, we hope that not only the information and communication infrastructure but also the payment infrastructure will grow rapidly in Southeast Asia.
