한국어판 WheelCon-M-short form의 국내 적용을 위한 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구

The purpose of this study was to verify reliability and validity of the WheelCon-M-short form into Korean. This study completed the K-WheelCon-M-short form through Korean translation, expert translation verification, degree of understanding of items verification, and reverse translation process. 12 people with spinal cord injury and brain lesions rated their degree of understanding of the Korean-translated items. As a result, more than 80% of the respondents answered all with 3 or more, so there was no item correction. Next, reliability and validity were tested on 30 people with spinal cord injury and brain lesions. For reliability verification, one evaluator performed test-retest two weekly intervals to verify the reliability. And for validity verification, the relationship between WST-Q and MBI was examined. As a result, the internal consistency was high as cronbach'α .924∼.965, and the test-retest reliability was excellent ICC=.904. As a result of analyzing the correlation between WST-Q and MBI, concurrent validity was highly correlated with WST-Q (r=.798, p<.01) and MBI (r=.479, p<.01). Reliability and validity have been verified through this study, and it is expected to be utilized in establishing a plan for the provision of training services by evaluating the confidence of using a manual wheelchair in the future.
