초록
This study empirically analyzed the influence relationship of ESG components (environment, society, governance) perceived by members of social and economic organizations on organizational performance (financial and non-financial performance). Hypothesis 1, ESG (environmental, social, governance) factor was adopted as a positive factor in financial performance, which is organizational performance. Hypothesis 2, ESG (environmental, social, governance) factors was adopted because it was statistically significant in non-financial performance, which is organizational performance. As shown in the results of this study, the higher the awareness of ESG among members of social economy organizations, the better the organizational performance. Therefore, the components of ESG for differentiated competitiveness for the advancement of sustainable management of social economy organizations are similar to the management philosophy implemented by social economy organizations. It is necessary to emphasize that this is being implemented in various business activities. In addition, the executives and people in charge of social economy organizations were required to establish a foundation for systematic implementation of ESG by establishing the concept and supplementing the system.
