대학생의 창업교육동기가 창업교육기대성과 및 성격5요인에 미치는 영향 : 사람중심접근법을 중심으로

본 연구는 교육참여동기의 3개 하위요인(목표지향성, 학습지향성, 활동지향성)을 사용하여 대학생(N=610)의 창업교육동기 프로파일(선도형, 심사숙고형, 무의지형, 주저형)을 도출하였고, 분석 방법은 Mplus 8.6을 활용해 잠재프로파일분석(LPA)을 실행하였다. 창업교육기대성과에 대한 프로파일 유형별 차이검증과 성격 5요인과, 사람중심 접근법을 적용하였다. 창업교육동기 프로파일 유형과 창업교육기대성과 간의 차이 검증 결과, 창업교육동기 요인이 높은 수준으로 구성된 프로파일 1의 창업교육기대성과가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 창업교육동기 프로파일이 개인 특성변수(인구통계학적 변수, 성격 5요인)와 어떠한 연관성이 있는지 알아보기 위해 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실행한 결과, 개방성 요인의 연관성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업교육동기 프로파일과 개인의 심리적 특성인 성격요인의 연관성 파악함으로써 대학 내 창업교육의 질적 향상 및 잠재적 창업가 양성을 위한 효율적인 창업교육 전개방향을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to discover identifies the distinct pattern of university students’ leaning motivation profile(n=610) by performing a latent profile analysis in terms of a person-centered approach as it has been argued that students can experience simultaneously distinct types of leaning motivation components. Based on a latent profile analysis, four different types of students’leaning motivational profiles were identified, and these these four students’ learning motivational profiles, which are quantitatively and qualitatively different, were then contrasted with educational performance. Results showed that students’ learning motivation profiles pertaining to the high level of all three learning motivational components were associated with students’ high level of educational performance. In addition, this study performed a multinominal regression analysis to examine how students’leaning motivation profiles are related to antecedents (ex., demographic variables, big five personality dimensions), suggesting that openness was only related to students’ learning motivational profiles with respect to a high level of learning motivational components. the current study is one of the first to examine the impact of personalities on students’ entrepreneurial learning motivation la profiles.
