보험사기방지를 위한 정보공유 운영의 개선과 탐정의 역할

In Korea, there have been continuous efforts from legislation to improvement measures to prevent insurance fraud, and various prior studies have suggested the need to prevent insurance fraud through private investigation system, raising calls for the introduction of a detective system to thoroughly investigate the reduction and prevention of insurance fraud. As a countermeasure to the organization and formation of insurance crimes, the need for information sharing of events, which are key factors in solving each case, is increasing. In response, the US and Europe used a stable information sharing system to help resolve cases and prevent insurance fraud, and to establish a practical information sharing system and develop the operation of detective work after the enactment of the domestic detective law. The contents are as follows. Currently, we are doing our best in domestic operation based on big data and AI, but we need to actively introduce technologies and systems in advanced foreign countries for various work, and change the idea of using more information sharing and consignment of government-controlled specialized institutions. It is also necessary to review the operation of cooperation with the professional and public-certified private investigation association, establishment of (public and private) institutions that emphasize public interest, and management of information sharing systems.
