초록
오늘날 4차산업혁명으로 인한 기술의 발전은 주변 일상생활에서 발생하는 모든 순간은 데이터 형태로변환 및 저장이 가능한 삶을 살 수 있도록 하였다. 매순간 발생하는 방대한 양의 데이터는 단순한 양적저장뿐만 아니라 결합 및 분석을 통해 질적 수준이 높아지고 있으며, 빅데이터로써 그 가치는 우리 주변의모든 산업에 활용될 수 있을 정도로 활용성도 높아지고 있다. 특히 보건의료분야에서의 빅데이터는 기대수명증가에 따른 고령화 사회의 진입과 함께 치료중심의 헬스케어 패러다임이 예방의학 중심으로 변화되면서활용가치가 매우 기대되고 있다. 보건의료 분야에서 정보제공의 시작부터 분석 활용까지 정보주체가 모든주도권을 가지고 직접 관여하여 개인의무기록이 여러 산업에 융복합될 경우 각 산업의 국가경쟁력 확보가더욱 강화될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 헬스케어 분야에서 의료데이터 활용용 위한 방법으로 개인의무기록 마이데이터(Personnel Healthcare Record My-Data, 이하 PHR-My-data) 구축방안을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 제안은 PHR-My-data가 성공적으로 구축되기 위해 참여의료기관 및 정부의 주도적 역할을 도출하는데 의의가 있으며, PHR-My-data 활용을 위한 기술적 제안을 통해 단기적으로 PHR-My-data 사업이 추진됨에 있어 긍정적 논의를 할 수 있는 초석이 되길 기대한다.
Abstract
Purpose: The development of technology due to the 4th Industrial Revolution made it possible to live a life that can be converted and stored in the form of data every moment that occurs in the surrounding daily life. In particular, PHR-My-data in the health care field has a very high utilization value from treatment-oriented healthcare paradigm to preventive medicine along with the entry of an aging society due to an increase in life expectancy. In the healthcare field, individuals can directly engage in information provision, information analysis, and information utilization. If it is converged into other industries in this process, national competitiveness will be strengthened. Therefore, in this study, a plan to construct Personal Healthcare Record My-Data (hereinafter referred to as PHR-My-data) was proposed as a method for utilizing medical data in the healthcare field. Such a proposal is valuable in deriving the leading role of participating medical institutions and governments in order for PHR-My-data to be successfully established.
