의료분야에서 빅데이터 활용에 따른 법적 과제

Big data is not only diverse and extensive data but also an analysis technique for a valuable use of data and all procedures involved. As the use of personal information is equated with the view that the protection of personal information is undervalued, many people tend to think that big data, based on the use of personal information, has a negative effect. However, it produces economic and social benefits by improving the system of the government and having enterprises operate their businesses efficiently. At the same time, big data causes some danger to infringe personal information and privacy. The use of big data and the protection of personal information is based on the constitutional law and the matter of protection and restriction about fundamental rights, conflicts between fundamental rights and conflicts between fundamental right and constitutional value should be addressed well. We need to necessarily consider the legislative system of personal information protection and the problem about it. I deal with the various conflicts between big data and our legislative system of personal information protection and I suggest a lot of alternatives in order to resolve the conflicts in this paper.
