초록
현대사회의 변화 속도와 복합적인 문제를 해결하기 위해 모든 교육기관에서 교과 통합(융합)을 기본으로 하는 교육과정 통합(융합)이 점차 확대되고 있다. 특히 금융 분야에서는 4차산업혁명 이후 가속화되고 있는 ‘핀테크 혹은 테크핀(TechFin), 즉, 전통 금융서비스에 클라우드, 빅데이터, 인공지능 기술과 IT를 결합한 지능화 혁신금융, 그리고 탈중앙화 블록체인 기술과 가상자산 활용에 기반한 ‘블록체인 핀테크’와 ‘DeFi’에 대한 실제적 이고 체계적인 교육의 필요성이 강조되면서, 관련 전공 학문 간의 교육과정 통합이 필요한 시점에 놓여 있다. 하지만 이러한 시대적 요구에도 불구하고 재무금융학에서의 통합 교육과정의 구성 노력은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 공학과 재무금융학을 통합한 블록체인 금융학의 통합교육과정의 체계 설계를 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 금융 및 회계 교과 전문가와 교육과정 전문가로 이뤄진 설계 집단조직을 구성하여 1)블록체 인 금융 전문가를 위한 역량 중심의 교육목표를 설정하고, 2)블록체인 금융의 핵심요소를 주제로 통합한 교육내 용을 선정하고, 범위와 계열을 고려한 교육내용의 조직 단계를 거쳐 ‘블록체인 금융학과 교육과정 내용체계표 (안)’를 개발하였다. 본 연구는 지식의 통합과 미래 인재 역량 함양을 지향하는 대학 교육과정 혁신의 기초를 마련할 수 있다는 기대에도 불구하고, 교육과정 설계만을 목표로 하였기에 실제적인 교육과정 운영과 그에 대한 평가를 포함하지 못하는 한계가 있고, 이는 후속 연구로 남긴다.
Abstract
The current society is accelerating the integration of curriculum as knowledge in one discipline alone cannot solve complex problems in life. Since the beginning of the 4th Industrial Revolution, FinTech(Finance+Technology) has been developing into Blockchain FinTech and DeFi based on IT innovative finance, decentralized blockchain technology, and virtual assets. This study aimed at developing a curriculum for a theme-based integrated major, Blockchain Finance. We, a team of 5 experts specialized in curriculum, finance, and technology used brainstorming and deliberation in every decision-making process for the curriculum integration. Decentralized mainnet and smart contract codes are key technologies that implement financial businesses among technologies and elements for block- chain finance. Tokens(coins) are monetary financial and transaction systems that enable blockchain finance to work, and governance is the controlling structure that supports blockchain spirit and DeFi systems. These technology ele- ments and the theories of finance are integrated into the curriculum under the principles of scope and sequence in curriculum design. However, this study is limited to the designing of an integrated curriculum that excludes im- plementation and evaluation of the curriculum. This should be left as a follow-up study.
