IPA 분석기법을 활용한 퇴직연금 가입자의 만족도 및 중요도 분석

This research analyzes the difference between the current level (satisfaction) and the desired level (importance) perceived by retirement pension subscribers for major items (a total of 18 questions) related to the retirement pension system obtained from previous study for the development of the retirement pension system. Through this, priorities were set for the items to be improved in the future for the development of the retirement pension system. In this study, after distributing a questionnaire to 150 workers randomly extracted, demand analysis was performed on the collected 125 questionnaires using the IPA analysis method. For the sub-factors of each stakeholder factor for the development of the retirement pension system, the average of the desired level (importance) was higher than the average of the current level (satisfaction), and the results of the reliability and response sample t-test were statistically significant. In addition, there were a total of 10 items that urgently needed improvement where the desired level (importance) was high, but the current level (satisfaction) was included in the low intensive improvement area. This prioritization implies that policies should be established centering on the factors in which workers, one of the most important stakeholders of the retirement pension system, have high demands for improvement for the future development of the retirement pension system. The factors presented in the analysis findings in this study were classified into policy tasks to be pursued first, gradually developed, maintained at its current level, and avoidance of excessive investment. In other words, a guideline for the establishment of a professional and systematic policy for the development of the retirement pension system was presented by efficiently using the limited resources faced by the retirement pension policy makers.
