중소기업중심 경제구조 컨설팅방법론 모듈에 관한연구

This study has the double aim concerning the Korean SME’s policy direction. The first one is to develop the theoretical foundation to initiate an economic structure centered on the SMEs and the other one is to suggest the methodological module for consulting services with regard to the SME’s policy direction. ‘The creative problem solving framework’ suggested by Do Sung Na is to be applied to develop the tentative module. First, The korean SME’s current issues have been categorized as 4 cases ; ① a comparatively weak position and difficulties of SMEs in the field of competitive free market economy ③ an adequate pcontrast to Big Enterprises ② the fundamental disadvantages of SMEsosition and role of SMEs in the national economic eco-system ④ a coping ability of SMEs with regard to future paradigm change. Second, in order to find out the core interactive factors this study has examined the 3 framework modules such as ① the theoretical validity of SME policy system ② the compatability of external environment like technology and information, law and institution and future innovation trend compared to the present SME policy. Lastly, the appropriate intermediating factors have been selected through the above mentioned comparative analysis concerning supply and demand for SME policy options. These factors have been structured by general logical module for SME consulting service. In addition, this study suggested 17 policy recommendations for Korea’s SME policy innovation.
