창업국가의 조건 : 미국, 이스라엘. 핀란드, 중국의 사례분석

The importance of starting up businesses is on the rise because of the lack of jobs owing to low growth, job destruction or substitution due to the advent of artificial intelligence age and the necessity of life-long jobs resulting from the advent of homo-hundred age. Analyzing USA, Israel, Finland and China which are called start-up nations from the perspective of enterprise ecosystem, they have the following characteristics. First, they make great exertions to entrepreneurship education and foster start-up talents. Second, the accumulation and commercialization of original technology is the driving force of technological start-ups in the four countries. Third, because they raise funds through investment rather than loan, they don't fear the risk of start-up failures and can restart businesses in case of business failures. Fourth, Israel and Finland whose domestic markets are very narrow adopted a strategy of competing on the global market from the beginning. Fifth, they have established the enterprise ecosystem where people with good business ideas can receive help even though they lack capacities necessary for business start-ups. Lastly, they have the policy enforcement organization which builds a cooperative system with relevant government ministries and organizations and fulfill its duties efficiently with a clear vision and strategy of start-up nation. Our country needs to make great efforts to realize a start-up nation, taking these conditions of start-up nation into consideration.
