"SME support policy is deemed legitimate as it is aimed to revamp market failures which were followed by the policy failures that occurred during the past development economy era. In order to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs and solve the polarization, SMEs support policy should be established and implemented in order to smooth out the ""sloped playground"" between SMEs and SMEs, between SMEs and SMEs, and between SMEs and job seekers.
