제조 중소기업 판로지원의 향후 방향성에 대한 연구

초록
"최근 한국 경제와 사회는 불평등 문제를 안고 있다. 이를 해결하는 첫걸음은 중소기업의 성장이며, 중소기업 성장은 판 로를 활용하는 것이 가장 효율적이다. 본 논문은 중소기업 판 로 현황을 정리하고 이를 평가했다. 불행히도 제조 중소기업의 판매 구조와 정부의 판로지원 사업이 서로 다르다는 문제점을 발견했다. 즉, 중소기업은 중화학공업 비중이 높아 국내 시장 에서 납품에 의한 매출비중이 83.9%인데 판로지원 사업은 소 비재에 집중됐다는 점이다. 결국, 제조 중소기업의 판로지원은 높은 중화학공업과 납품 비중을 고려해 국외 판매를 확대하는 방향으로 가야 한다. 이 는 다국적기업이 구축한 생산 네트워크에 수출로 참여하는 것 인데 최근 다국적기업의 전략과 글로벌 가치사슬의 변화를 고 려할 때 오히려 중소기업의 어려움을 더할 요인이 많다. 따라 서 국내 중소기업의 동업종과 이업종이 협업하는 생산 및 협 업 네트워크가 필요하며, 나아가 이런 네트워크를 글로벌시장 과 연계함으로써 중소기업의 성장을 유인해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 논문은 ‘한국형 GVC’(K-GVC)를 제시한바, K-GVC는 제조업 기반의 독자적 GVC와 서비스업 기반의 부분적 GVC로 나뉜다. "
Abstract
" This paper complied the status of SMEs market and assessed the government 's support projects. Unfortunately, it found that the sales structure of manufacturing SMEs differs from that of government support projects. In order words, SMEs account for 83.9% of sales by delivery in the domestic market due to the high proportion of heavy chemical industry. However, government support for the market focused on consumer goods. In the end, the small and medium manufacturing businesses should seek to increase overseas sales considering the heavy chemical industry and the share of their supply. In order to realize this, a production and collaboration network in which the domestic SMEs collaborate with other industries is required. Furthermore, by linking these networks with the global market, it is necessary to attract the growth of SMEs. This paper presents the Korean GVC (K-GVC), and the K-GVC is divided into the independent GVC based on the manufacturing industry and the partial GVC based on the service industry"
