A Study on Creative Management and Sustainable Competitive Advantage Model

With the rapid environmental change in the global market, competition among global companies intensifies, and securing competitiveness is recognized as important in the corporate environment. This is a great effort to influence corporate performance, contributing to the improvement of corporate competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to explore a model of sustainable competitive advantage based on creative management and creative management factors. Specifically, first, it examines the concept of creative management. Second, it analyzes the sustainability management and model, and finally presents the research results and implications. The results and implications of this study are as follows. First, a company's sustainable management has a competitive advantage that is differentiated from its competitors as a factor for enhancing competitiveness. Second, creative management becomes a factor that can achieve sustainable management and improvement of sustainable competitive advantage. Third, corporate sustainable management is not only emphasized as a factor for improving corporate performance, but also demands internationally sustainable management standards and legislation. Fourth, companies that require a new system to cope with global environmental changes should consider the dimensions of environmental, social, and economic sustainability through creative management.
