Astherealestatemarketchanges, constructioncompaniesandreal estatedevelopersmust break away from all the accidents that have been applied to the existing supplier-oriented market. In other words, it is necessary to establish a detailed strategy that can adapt to changes in the real estate development environment and a real estate marketing strategy that can systematically impress buyers who are real estate demand customers. The purpose of this study is to study the marketingstrategyofrealestatesalesagencyservice.First,Iwouldliketoexaminetheconceptof therealestatesalesagencyserviceindustry.Second,Iwouldliketolookatthemarketingstrategy of the real estate sales agency service industry. Third, it derives research results and current events. The main contents to be able to successfully improve real estate sales marketing in this study are as follows. First, based on a thorough demand analysis, active customer discovery and differentiated marketing strategies must be implemented for the success of initial sales. Second, thereisaneedtorepairmarketingstrategiestailoredtoregionalcharacteristics.Thecharacteristics of real estate are locality and individuality. Third, it is necessary to establish an active marketing strategyusingtheInternetaccordingtothetrendofrealestateinformatization.
