A Study on the Change Types and Utilization Effects of the Employment Type of Non-regular Worker

In Korea, after the financial crisis, the unemployment rate sharply increased due to corporate restructuring in society as a whole. In addition, this unemployment rate has emerged as an important problem in society, but now, the unemployment rate has decreased, securing similar stability as before the financial crisis. However, the problem of non-regular workers has occurred asacontinuingproblemover time andisstill recognizedas asocial problem. The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem of non-regular workers based on literature studies and to identify the contents and changes in employment patterns of non-regular workers and to elucidate theeffectsofusingthem.Theresultsofthisstudyareasfollows.First,non-regularworkersmust actively emphasize their abilities to meet the needs of the company. Todo this, it is necessary to make an effort to show the degree of completion of one's work in the process of work. Second, because irregular workers have a higher possibility of changing their positions than regular workers, there is a need to develop their own careers by experiencing various jobs using them. Third, there is a problem in that non-regular workers are not able to honestly express their psychological state because they are more unstable in employment than regular workers. Fourth, after the IMF economic crisis, mass restructuring and layoffs of companies were carried out, and the permanent employment relationship for regular workers disappeared, and the employment stability felt by regular workers in such an environment disappeared significantly from those of non-regular workers. Under the proposition of'Living like a human', we should not all be discriminated against, but from the standpoint of profit-seeking companies, we must secure competitiveness using this. However, this study is meaningful in that it has suggested that if the discrimination between regular and non-regular workers is emphasized in terms of education and trainingorcorporatewelfare,itcanresultinalargelosstocorporateorganizations.
