초록

Low-altitude aerial photography is possible with the drone camera, ranging from indoor shooting inside a building to exceptional close-up photography. This graphic depicts the impact of lowering production costs on video production, such as broadcasting and filmmaking. Furthermore, the drone video screen may capture never before seen three-dimensional effect that can be expressed with vivid situations. Drone cameras, in particular, are continuously expanding their field of usage, as they can provide a realistic image with an omnidirectional composition on the screen, as well as providing economic feasibility for the production environment due to the shooting equipment. Contrary to the usefulness of drone cameras, personal information images captured by drones can be produced, used, and distributed regardless of the intent of the subject, raising concerns in terms of invasion of privacy. Paying attention to such timeliness, we analyzed experts’ perceptions of personal information infringement caused by drone cameras through in-depth expert interview (FGI). As a result, the types of invasion of privacy that can be infringed by drone cameras were found to be safety issues, privacy invasion characteristics, lack of legislation, and the possibility of criminal use. Accordingly, a plan for protecting personal image information of drone cameras was presented as a way to establish or revise guidelines.
