대학생의 창업결정과정과 개입요인 연구: 근거이론적 접근

The purpose of this study is to reveal the process and meditating factors of how Korean university students decided to start their career decision in the social and cultural context of Korea. To this end, a total of 16 university students who decided to start a four-year private university in Seoul were collected through individual interviews and analyzed through a grounded theory. As a result of the study, the core category of the start-up decision-making process was“Break the world surrounding you and walk my path.”The start-up decision process was shown in four stages: career re-exploration, temporary choice of start-up, start-up preparation behavior, and solidification of start-up decisions. The main meditating factors in the start-up decision process were the necessity of independent career decision, expansion of perspective through various experiences, recognition of start-ups as success opportunities, various start-up hands-on experiences, discovery and verification of entrepreneurial capabilities, family and social support. This study is meaningful in that it provides substantial information and knowledge to university students who decided to start career decision through in-depth examination of their experiences in the process of deciding to start a career decision through a grounded theory.
