전문대학생의 학업중단에 영향을 미치는 요인: K대학 사례를 중심으로

The study was to explore the factors affecting dropout of college students, support academic persistence, and provide a preventive basic resources for effective intervention. For this purpose, first, the students who decided to dropout were compared school transfer and higher education dropout. Second, It examined the factors affecting transfer-out and higher education dropout. The subjects of this study were 521 enrolled students who had decided to dropout of college from september of 2019 to september of 2021. Frequency analysis, mean value analysis, and logistic regression by SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data. The study results are as follows. First, the factor that showed the difference of according to grade was dropout. Second, the students who stopped higher education showed more negative basic learning, major learning, education support system and student support than transfer-out students. It was shown that they experienced more family trouble. Third, among the maladjustment factors affecting dropout of college, male students, basic learning, major learning, education support system, university image, and job ability were more likely to stop higher education than female students. Based on these results, this study suggests implications for supporting areas that can manage factors affecting college students' dropout.
