부처손 추출물의 미백 항균효과

본 연구에서는 부처손 추출물의 미백 효능 및 항균제 소재로서 가능성을 평가하기 위해 정제수와 70% 에탄올 두 가지 용매를 이용하여 추출하여 자외선 흡수도 측정, tyrosinase 저해활성 측정, B16F10 mouse melanoma 세포에 대한 미백효과 및 피부 관련 균주에 대한 항균 효과를 측정하였다. UV-A와 UA-B 영역에서의 자외선 흡수도를 측정한 결과 에탄올 추출물은 UV-A와 UV-B 영역 모두 자외선 흡수도가 높게 확인 되었으며, tyrosinase 활성 저해 효과를 측정한 결과 부처손 추출물 400μg/mL의 농도에서 열수 추출물은 25%, 에탄올 추출물은 34%의 저해 효과가 확인 되었다. B16F10 mouse melanoma 세포에서 melanin 생합성 저해율을 측정한 결과 200 μg/mL 농도에서 열수 추출물은 80.71%, 에탄올 추출물은 75.62%로 melanin 생합성 저해효과가 확인되었으며 tyrosinase 저해활성을 측정한 결과 200μg/mL 농도에서 열수 추출물은 82.52%, 에탄올 추출물은 68.71%로 tyrosinase 활성이 저해 되었다. 피부와 관련 균에 대한 부처손 추출물의 항균 효과를 측정한 결과 부처손 추출물 5.0mg/mL 농도에서는 모든 균에 대한 항균 효과가 확인 되었으며, 그 중 에탄올 추출물은 S. aureus, C. xerosis, M. furfur, T. mentagrophytes에 대한 항균 효과가 높게 확인되었다. 이상의 연구 결과로 보았을 때 부처손 추출물은 미백 효과 및 항균 효과가 확인되어 미백 효능 및 천연 항균제 소재로서 활용 할 수 있다고 판단된다.
Abstract
In this study, to evaluate the whitening efficacy and potential of Selaginella tamariscina extract as an antibacterial material, it was extracted using two solvents, purified water and 70% ethanol, to measure UV absorbance, measure tyrosinase inhibitory activity, whitening effect on B16F10 mouse melanoma cells, and The antibacterial effect on skin-related strains was measured. As a result of measuring the UV absorbance in the UV-A and UA-B regions, it was confirmed that the UV absorption was high in both the UV-A and UV-B regions. At the concentration, 25% of the hot water extract and 34% of the ethanol extract were confirmed. As a result of measuring the inhibition of melanin biosynthesis in B16F10 mouse melanoma cells, the melanin biosynthesis inhibitory effect was confirmed as 80.71% of the hot water extract and 75.62% of the ethanol extract at a concentration of 200 μg/mL. The tyrosinase was inhibited at 82.52% of the hot water extract and 68.71% of the ethanol extract. As a result of measuring the antibacterial effect of Selaginella tamariscina extract on skin and related bacteria, the antibacterial effect on all bacteria was confirmed at 5.0 mg/mL concentration of Selaginella tamariscina extract. It was confirmed that the antibacterial effect against M. furfur and T. mentagrophytes was high. Based on the above study results, Selaginella tamariscina extract has been confirmed to have whitening and antibacterial effects, so it is judged that it can be used as a material for whitening and natural antibacterial agents.
