빅데이터활용을 위한 기업의 지원시스템에 관한 연구: 데이터 구조설계와 품질관리의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study is to identify the mediating effect of data structure design and quality management by proposing a support system that affects the intention to use big data for an efficient operation strategy of a company. The company's support system suggested technical support, organizational support, and informational support, and confirmed its influence and relative importance on data structure design and data quality management. Research data were collected through a survey targeting employees of distribution and logistics companies in Daegu-Gyeongbuk, and the final 252 copies were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the technical support, organizational support, and informational support of companies for the intention to use big data all have a positive effect on data structure design and data quality management. In particular, it was confirmed that informational support plays the most important role in corporate big data utilization intention through data structure design among corporate support systems. In particular, it was found that organizational and informational support are relatively important for data structure design, and technical support and informational support are relatively important for data quality management.. These research results can confirm the factors that companies need to support first for an efficient operation strategy through big data. And it can be seen that the scope of big data utilization can be determined depending on how the data structure design is done according to the various support systems of the company. Because data structure design and systematic data quality management can determine the areas in which big data can be applied quickly within a company, companies preparing for big data use will have value as basic researchers for data design.
