중국에서의 인터넷 프라이버시권 보호에 관한 법적 검토

The rapid development and spread of Internet technology has permeated people's lives in all directions and improved their quality of life. However, while Internet technology gives infinite convenience to daily life, the problem of privacy leakage on the Internet due to frequent information exchange is also pointed out. Recently, in some cases, the Internet requires stronger personal information provision to reduce the problem of anonymity and virtuality of the Internet. With the development of digital technology, personal information may be recombined and distributed on the Internet without even realizing it, so the issue of Internet privacy protection has become an important issue. As the importance of privacy is more emphasized in a situation where the Internet is indispensable throughout our lives, related legal protection is very necessary. In fact, as the 4th Industrial Revolution progresses, the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and the collection of big data become more frequent, so the problem of personal privacy infringement can appear more seriously than now. Therefore, this paper reviewed the contents of Chinese legislation on privacy rights, analyzed the relationship between privacy rights and Internet privacy rights, and reviewed China's related laws to protect Internet privacy rights to present solutions to the problem of Internet privacy rights.
