스타트업을 위한 대학의 플랫폼 비즈니스 지원 방향

From a large point of view, occupation is a part directly connected to the lives of the people in state management. Therefore, universities are responsible for securing competitiveness in the labor market and establishing an educational program support system for sustainable jobs. Each of the various current processes has advantages. However, most of them were complex, and various approaches were used step by step to reduce errors. In common, all processes are Co-op processes such as communication with users and communication with team members. In the stage of starting a business, the biggest problem for college students is finance. And the other limit is time. Finance is a problem for everyone who starts a Start-up, so except for it, most projects have to overcome the shortcomings of time control that they have no choice but to proceed over a long period of time. An important part of start-ups examined in the results of previous studies is items. And the most important factor that emerged through case studies and process analysis was experience rather than technology. Therefore, I would like to propose a systematic process for start-ups. 1. It is a proposal for a model that simplifies and systems processes. 2. It is the simplification of the system for realizing and verifying ideas. As a result, the systematization of the Lean UX process model proposed in this study is expected to be an alternative to reducing time and complex steps.
