Was the constitutionalism and democratic republican spirit of the Provisional Assembly and the Provisional Government, which was connected with the March 1st Movement in 1919, been preserved in the process of establishing the Constitutional Constitution in 1948 and establishing the Government of the Republic of Korea after liberation? To what extent was it kept? the reason for asking such a question is the difference in perception and conflict between the camps where the so-called “Foundation Day debate” came out. in the background of this 'Foundation Day debate', the constitutionalism and democratic republican spirit of the Provisional Assembly and the Provisional Government connected with the March 1st Movement in 1919 were consistently established after the liberation of the Constitutional Constitution in 1948 and the establishment of the Korean government. It seems that it is because they cannot properly convince them that they are continuing, or they cannot share their perceptions with each other. the purpose of this article is to accept the spirit of constitutionalism and democratic republicanism based on Hannah Arendt's view of the constitutional foundation of the American Republican Revolution and the constitutional foundation of the constitutional foundation of the constitutional power of constitutional government, and the view of its realization in 1919. The purpose of this study is to examine the political impact of the 1948 Constitutional Constitution and government establishment by the Provisional Assembly and the Provisional Government linked to the March 1st Movement. in other words, I would like to examine the effects and implications of the provisional legislature and the political authority of the provisional government established in 1919 on the Constitutional Constitution in 1948 and the establishment of the Korean government.
