The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility activities perceived by organizationalmembersonorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviorandthemeaningofwork.Tothisend,377copies of the final questionnaire collected through consulting companies for revitalizing organizational culture were applied to confirm the relationship between corporate social responsibility activities and organizational citizenship behavior and the meaning of work as follows. First, it was shown that the social responsibility activityoftheorganization,hypothesized1,hadapositive(+)effectontheorganizationalcitizenshipbehavior of the members. In other words, it was analyzed that the more positive the recognition of the organization's social responsibility activities, the better the organizational citizenship behavior of its members. Second, Hypothesis 2, corporate social responsibility activities, showed a positive (+) influence on the meaning of employees' work. In other words, it was necessary to plan and execute systematic research and social responsibility activities in order to enhance organizational competitiveness by continuously improving the value ofthemembersoftheorganization.
