산업기술 시장과 기술이전 사업화 프로세스에 관한 연구: 미국, 일본 및 독일을 중심으로

Entering the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, technological innovation is changing the external environment of companies in various ways while responding to international economic structures and demand for change. More technology developmentandsubsequentmanagementstrategiesarerapidlydevelopingtheinternal environment of companies that require technological innovation, and furthermore, the combination of technologies has accelerated rapidly, requiring successful projects throughinnovativetechnologytransfer. The purpose of this study is to discover transfer methods, procedures, and national support based on the literature to reduce the part of the failed technology transfer of domesticcompaniesandtopresentguidelines. The research results are as follows. First, success depends on the conversation, movement, and clarification of the parties based on technology transfer. Second, the internal network between companies that transfer technology plays an important role. Third, it isnecessarytocarefully reviewthemattersof nationalsupport andincrease itsutilization,andactiveinterestandeffortareveryimportanttotheCEOandperson inchargeofthecompany. Through this study, it is meaningful in that it presented procedures and methods for each type of business to SMEs preparing for innovation projects through technology transferandatthesametimepresentedgovernmentsupportmeasures.
