초록
연구배경 : ‘통합형 u헬스케어디자인’이란 디자인을 중심으로 의용공학, 정신의학, 보건학, 인간공학, 인문학 등 다학제적 접근을 통한 통합적 u(User-centered, Universal, Ubiquitous) 헬스케어디자인 연구이다. 본 연구는 2021년 총서 발간을 계기로 전문학술지에 발표된 논문을 중심으로 ‘통합형 u헬스케어디자인 연구’사업의 성과를 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구를 위해 연구사업을 통해 발표한 국내외 전문학술지 게재논문을 대상으로 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구는 개념정의, 분석설계, 결과분석 3단계로 진행하였다. 첫째, ‘통합형 u헬스케어디자인’에 대한 개념을 정의하고 각 단계별 연구범위 및 내용을 정리한다. 둘째, 분석설계에서는 분석대상을 구체화하고 분석단위를 설정하여 유형화 틀을 구성한다. 셋째, 유형화 기준에 따라 단계적 측면, 내용적 측면에서 연구성과를 분석한다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 단계적 측면에서는 1단계-3단계에 걸친 양적 연구성과를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 그리고 학문분야별 분포를 통해 디자인을 중심으로 한 다학제적 연구 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 내용적 측면에서는 분석단위로 설정한 5가지 통합모델을 - 산업분야통합모델, 사용자통합모델, 디자인대상통합모델, 관점적통합모델, 지역사회케어통합모델 - 중심으로 분석한 결과, 치료와 예방을 위한 환자, 의료진 관련 연구에서 일상생활 관리를 위한 일반인을 대상으로 한 지역사회케어로 그 범위가 광범위하게 확장되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 헬스케어디자인과 관련된 다양한 분야의 연구를 종합적으로 집약함으로써 헬스케어디자인의 융복합적 연구 경향과 가능성을 확인한데 의의가 있다. 또한 헬스케어디자인 관련 다양한 분야의 연구주제를 분석함으로써 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고, 융복합학으로 분류되고 있는 헬스케어디자인 학문 분야의 개념 및 체계 정립에도 기여할 것이라 기대한다.
Abstract
Background : ‘Integrated u-Healthcare Design’is a study of integrated u(User-centered, Universal, Ubiquitous) healthcare design through multidisciplinary approaches such as medical engineering, psychiatry, health science, ergonomics, and humanities. This study aims to analyze the research achievements of the 'Integrated u-healthcare design research' project focusing on the papers published in journals with the publication of the 2021 general book. Methods : For this study, meta-analysis was conducted on the papers published in domestic and foreign journals published through the research project, and the study was conducted in three stages: conceptual definition, research design, and result analysis. First, the concept of ‘Integrated u-Healthcare Design’is defined and the scope and contents of each step are summarized. Second, in the research design, the analysis object is embodied and the analysis unit is set up to form a typological framework. Third, the study results are analyzed in the aspect of stepwise and content according to the classification criteria. Result : First, as a result of examining by step, quantitative research results from the first stage to the third stage were confirmed. And through the distribution of academic fields, we could look at the tendency of multidisciplinary research focusing on design. Second, in terms of contents, the five integrated models set as analysis units - industrial integration model, user integration model, design object integration model, viewpoint integration model, community care integration model - were analyzed. As a result, it was confirmed that the study of patients and medical staff for treatment and prevention is expanding to a wide range of studies such as community care for the general public for daily life management. Conclusion : This study is meaningful in confirming the convergent research trend and possibility of healthcare design by synthesizing research in various fields of healthcare design. In addition, future research directions will be presented by analyzing topics related to healthcare design in various fields. It is also expected to contribute to the establishment of concepts and systems in the field of healthcare design, which is classified as convergence science.
