공공부문의 인권경영 수준 결정요인 분석

Human Rights management refers to management that values human dignity and values in all activities of a company beyond management strategies for sustainable growth such as corporate social responsibility and social value creation. However, although human rights management is understood as an essential management principle in the international community as a new management strategy, it is still immature. Governments around the world have long banned corporate human rights violations as laws, but only recently have such corporate human rights violations emerged as a serious social problem in Korea. Some domestic companies are making various efforts to meet international demands for human rights management, but compared to the international level, there is still a low awareness of the necessity of human rights management and a lack of practical level. Therefore, in this study, 13 hypotheses were adopted by analyzing the business panel data of the Korea Labor Institute for factors affecting the improvement of the level of human rights management. Therefore, this study aims to establish a human rights management system in Korea early and ultimately seek to leap into a high-quality advanced human rights country.
