This paper identifies critical success factors to invigorate air transportation-based e-commerce export through analysis on e-commerce export GSCM. And it deduces implications to develop activation models through analysis of actual state and cases. Then it develops business models to invigorate e-commerce export, which include development models of: collaboration framework among e-commerce supply chain partners, e-commerce hub at airports, airport and airline network expansion through strategic alliance relationship, global sourcing and fulfillment hub network, end-to-end visibility systems and local fulfillment center network.
Abstract
