창업자의 교환관계가 창업만족과 몰입 그리고 성과에 미치는 영향

When a founder starts a business with his or her own ideas, he or she faces many unexpected difficulties. Several people or agencies may come to the assistance of the founder and contribute to the success of the start-up. From this perspective, the study empirically analyzed the impact of exchange relationships with entrepreneurs' colleagues, start-up support agencies, and start-up mentors on the entrepreneurs' satisfaction, engagement, and performance. The results of collecting data on the founders of technology start-ups in Daegu and subsequent statistical analysis were: First, the exchange relationship between start-up colleagues and start-up mentors has a positive impact on start-up satisfaction. Second, the exchange relationship with an entrepreneurship mentor has a positive impact on entrepreneurship immersion. Third, satisfaction with start-ups has a positive impact on start-up immersion and start-up performance. However, the exchange relationship with start-up support agencies was not statistically significant to the satisfaction and immersion of start-ups. This suggests that the role of colleagues and mentors who offer advice to start a business is more important than temporary and limited support. The role of the start-up support agencies is as important as that of colleagues and mentors.
