다학제적 관점의 ESG 중대성 평가를 통한 건설산업의 지속가능성 분석

This study began with the increasing importance of ESG through sustainable management evaluation across all industries, and necessary to predict according to market demand and the recent changes in the management paradigm and financial environment through ESG in the global industry. Compared to other industries, the construction industry is in the early stages of ESG formation, and it is unclear to expand its base by establishing evaluation system standards such as innovation of individual services, interaction of social capital, and definition of stakeholders. Currently, some large construction companies in the construction industry are publishing sustainability management reports at the group level, but given the recent strengthened global sustainability of ESG by GRI Standards, efficient analysis of global construction markets and strategic orders are needed. To this end, this study aims to analyze the sustainability management strategies and ESG-based core issues necessary to secure international-level industrial competitiveness in the domestic construction industry's ESG sustainability. The research results and contents are as follows. First, it was found that greenhouse gas reduction issues in environmental sources, renewable energy issues in the energy sector, improvement of construction professionals and job training systems from a social point of view, and minimization of serious disasters and safety accidents are important. Second, issues on ethical and environmental management from an organizational point of view and issues on resource use efficiency related to wastewater and waste were identified as important tasks. Based on these research results, it is expected that it will be helpful in establishing an improvement strategy to ensure the sustainability of the construction industry in the future by deriving key issues in the domestic construction industry.
