단기 창업교육프로그램이 간호대학생의 기업가정신, 자기효능감 및 창업의도에 미치는 효과

This study tried to verify the effectiveness of the start-up education program for nursing students. The research method was a quasi-experimental study of the design before and after an inequality control group, and the subjects were 29 students in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. The start-up education program was conducted for 90 minutes a week for 8 weeks, and the pre and post surveys measured entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention using the same structured questionnaire. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, χ²-test, t-test, Fisher’s exact test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, independent t-test, and paired t-test were used using the SPSS WIN 23.0 program. As a result of the study, there were significant differences between the two groups in entrepreneurship (t=3.34, p=.002) and entrepreneurial intention (t=4.33, p=.003) after the start-up education program was applied, but self-efficacy was significant (t=1.28, p=.206). Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that the start-up education program had the effect of increasing the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention of nursing students. It was confirmed that the development of start-up educational programs was necessary. Based on these results, we propose future research to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education programs by applying the currently developed entrepreneurship education program to more students and verifying its effectiveness.
