택지개발에 의해 이주한 노인의 정착형태에 따른 외상 후 성장과 지역사회 적응에 대한 단기종단연구

This study examined changes in the post-traumatic growth and community adaptation as time passed by applying the post-traumatic growth model by Tedeschi & Calhoun to the elderly who were forced to move due to land development, and also analyzed the relation between main factors. For this, this study researched total 306 migrant elderly due to land development, and then comparatively analyzed them by dividing them into groups according to the settlement types of the elderly. This study applied the sequential mixed method designs and the results of this study are as follows. First, the elderly showed the different change of main factors in accordance with the settlement types. Second, the elderly showed the different factors closely related to the community adaptation in accordance with the settlement types. The significance of this study is to provide the basic data necessary for the elderly to overcome their trauma experienced in the development process and also to adapt themselves to their community, by understanding the life change of the elderly who moved through the longitudinal analysis on the community adaptation of the migrant elderly by land development.
