대학생의 기업가정신이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 창업교육 및 직계가족 창업경험의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study verified the structural relationship of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial education, and entrepreneurial experience of first-degree relatives based on the importance of entrepreneurship in terms of solving unemployment problems through self-employment, job creation, and long-term economic growth through ecosystem innovation. This study is meaningful in that it can expand the theoretical horizon for entrepreneurship research and suggest specific policy alternatives to revitalize start-ups. Looking at the research results using hierarchical regression analysis, among the sub-factors of entrepreneurship, innovativeness, Proactiveness, and risk-taking were all reported to have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. However, in their relationship, the moderating effect of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial experience of first-degree relatives was rejected. Based on the results of this study, the necessity of discussing entrepreneurship at a single level and the necessity of creating a start-up ecosystem where entrepreneurship can unfold was presented. Furthermore, the direction of the current entrepreneurship education and the limitations of the role model of the First-degree Relatives in Korea were discussed and suggested ways to overcome it. This study has a limitation in that the proportion of humanities and social studies students in the survey is high. In addition, there is a limitation in that it has not been able to specifically survey the technology-based entrepreneurial intentions.
